The staff was super helpful and friendly. They cleaned our room and restocked towels and dishwasher/laundry soap for us on the third day. The kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be full of families. It really was a perfect little place for our family.

From the very efficient and effective check in, courteous customer service, and spotless room, our stay was great from the beginning. The place was spacious and modern. There was a big wrap around balcony (we had the two bedroom), and large kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. The only cons were the water pressure in the bathroom sink, and after a certain time, you cannot get more towels. House cleaning is "ask if you want", its not every day. For us we liked our privacy, so this worked for us. Another thing we loved was the quiet. The views were ok. Go ahead and book, you will not regret.

Our stay at as wonderful. The room we had had two separate balconies that over looked the city and park. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came with basic amenities for cooking. The area is also full of families and felt very safe.

Well, if you're looking for a nice place, away from the chaos and noise of South Beach, look no further. It is a little ways from the beach (further than walking distance), but getting to one is really quick by car. There are some really nice restaurants in walking distance, not to mention a very plush mall (very high end stores, bring a lot of money). The rooftop pool is small, but really beautiful and relaxing. Went as a family of five and had a wonderful time. If you're going to Miami to party, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're going to Miami to enjoy a quieter side of South Florida, look no further.

Overall this is a nice property. The air conditioning in our unit kept setting itself to 82 despite us resetting the program. It got really hot in the master bedroom. Some of the outlets did not work. The check in was a little confusing and the parking is really tight. Nice pool area and the location is great.

The property is nice and clean, however the elevator stopped working 2 days before we were leaving and my spouse had a recent knee replacement, uughghgh!! I wish we would've taken advantage of the pool prior to the elevator going out, because it is located on the rooftop and those steps are brutal. Unfortunately, management never left a note apologizing for that huge inconvenience, yet we rec'd a note under our door because we were talking too loud. Sorry the place is minimally furnished so the echo is loud. My first time staying here, I may need to stick with what I know.

- ROOMS: Clean, clean, clean….with one word apartment is super clean. You have all appliances available here that you may need during your stay. Also very silent place which is really something important for those looking for a good sleep and no disturbances all over. - SERVICE: They provide all information in advance, how to access, parking and other information you may need. I felt like they are really attentive for their guests while we stayed. - LOCATION: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and Bal Harbor Shops. You may want to drive for a beach but it wont take very long. - PARKING: Own parking garage available for $20/night and we could find everyday a spot to park even we arrived some nights too late. Overall, if their prices are within your travel budget, just don’t look for any other place and book it.
