Beware
Several major issues with this property. Space for this review is limited, so can't go into full detail. 1) This is two separate units on two separate floors. The ad for this unit is misleading here. 2) There is no way that 19 people can comfortably sleep in these two units, unless 10 or 15 of them are small children. Even then, the hosts are counting couches as beds. 3) Window in upstairs master fixed in the OPEN position. Climate and noise was a major an issue. 4) This isn't 5 bedrooms. They're counting an open air area downstairs as a room when there's no closet or door. The one "bedroom" downstairs with a door has no closet. 5) Lights in many rooms do not work or don't exist. 6) Property listed as on the beach when it's across the street. Beach view mostly obscured by the buildings that are *actually* on beach. 7) Asked for towels several times and did not receive any, though providing these was a part of the terms. We were good guests, and having visited and stayed in guest houses across multiple states and countries, I have *never* written any review as this. I tried bringing issues to host and VRBO attention with little traction, though VRBO is still responds to emails thus far. Then, host has the nerve to say we caused damages (a lie) and won't entertain a partial refund. Host even sent a "thanks for leaving our space in great shape," email after checkout. This is truly a shame all around. Will not rent from this company again.
