“This is the perfect place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Miami downtown Rico area the location is great. The listing is exactly as it looks even better actually and it’s very clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It is prime location and overall just a top-notch place to stay for your Miami vacation. “We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel is also within walking distance of CVS, the train station, and……

“The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.”

“Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor ”

“Property has a lot of potential, but it needs some more attention to elevate it to where it should be. My family and I stayed 5 nights in a 2/2. The unit was spacious and clean, but missed the mark a bit. The unit itself was very dark. Lighting is awful. They have a few nice lamps from Crate and Barrel, but the overhead lights were super cheap and harsh blue, I felt like I was in a parking garage. It was depressing.
