Great location!

I was skeptical about this location due to the other reviews about the room, but everything looked the same in person. Everything worked in the room such as the tv, microwave, and coffee maker. The location is close to Lumas park and the beach (less than 3 blocks). I would definitely book again in the future.

You get what you pay for

The ROOM was not bad AT ALL. It was clean and comfortable. The only con that I have was the water in the shower did not get very hot which essentially is the HOTEL’s problem NOT the host. Other than that it was a great location. Walking distance from everything. Can’t beat the price for 3 nights. It really wasn’t bad at all. I would stay again.

Convenient & perfect location

Just a short couple minutes walk from Ocean Dr. Parking was fairly close. Great restaurants. Room was clean and comfy! Also has a great rooftop patio!

Communication was good with Joe. The location was very good. The cleanliness of accommodation could have been improved. There was still a used coffee filter in coffee pot.It was OK for how little they were there.Check in and out and holding bags was accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful time at the studio, is well located and cozy. You are close to Washington Avenue and the beach. The only thing we found less nice is the parking, is always crowded.

The room was very basic and needed updated fixtures and repairs. - The beds needed to be bigger, at least doubles. - There needs to be more towel bars in the bathroom to hold used towels. - The 1 towel bar was falling off the wall - The entry door needed sound proofing. I heard all the sounds in the hall way. - Daily towel service was sorely missing. 2 people cannot survive off 1 set of fresh towels, especially in a beach town. There needed to be more towels to start. I won't be running back here, even for the bargain price. Now I see why.
