The host was extremely responsive and the unit was very clean. Loved the great views from the corner unit and even saw a manatee drift by from 31 floors up.

Property was well appointed and extremely clean. Was quite spacious, and so central to everything. We booked the place as our daughter was doing her destination wedding in Brickell area over four days.It is important to note we needed a place that was spacious as we had a lot of wedding stuff with us. So even though the outside was under renovation (as units balcony is closed off with plastic on all the windows) and complex pool closed, that was not an issue for us during this visit. Also, the renovations and what was and was not open was clearly stated on the booking page so there were no surprises. But could walk to so many excellent restaurants and Brickell City Center. I would definitely stay again.

The view is blocked by plastic sheets. We were informed of this and the view would have been great. The other issue is parking was 50 per day. I missed that in the information provided but it was there. We ended up parking one block away for 20 per day in a garage.
