Spacious with breathtaking direct views of the Atlantic Ocean & Indian Creek. Walk to essentials: WholeFoods, Trader Joe’s, Publix, Walgreens, upscale restaurants. Great outdoor exercise options: 4 pools, miles of boardwalk, bicycles. Drop-off by the 1 Homes electric Audi in a 5-mile radius.

Ideal for working or studying from home with work desk, task light and WiFi.

Located on the 15th floor of South Beach's trendiest new development, The 1 Hotel & Homes, with a private entrance on 24th Street. The apartment has a full-frontal view of the Atlantic Ocean from every room and its 200 sq.ft. terrace. The guest room has two exposures with screensaver-like views of the Ocean and Indian Creek.

The furniture is all high-end European brands - Ligne Roset, Natuzzi & Flou. Beautiful tropical plants in stylish planters from Ligne Roset adorn the apartment.

The Living Room is spacious with a large welcoming upholstered sofa, 2 Walnut armchairs, a beautiful blue-colored glass coffee and C-Tables. The rug is hand-woven wool with blue details. The 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart HDTV is ensconced in an amazing walnut and white lacquer composition.

The bar cabinet lies between the Living & Dining spaces and has beautiful Italian glassware and barware.

The Master bedroom is a full suite of the lovely king-size bed from Flou with walnut and upholstered details. The Walnut bedside table and TV console beautifully complement the bed. A beautiful mirror gives you a breath-taking view of the ocean as you step back into the apartment from the balcony.
The bathroom is almost as large as a bedroom! It has two sinks, large sink-in tub, a full standup shower and of course, a toilet!
Storage space comprises a walk-in closet by California closets which has details like double hanging, coat hooks, and electronic safe and laundry hamper. The other closet allows for hanging long dresses and jackets.

The following Residential Valet Parking Rates will apply:
$65 + 7% Tax = $69.55 per day

Daily Resort Fee
The Daily Resort Fee of US$95+14% taxes=$108.30 per day, charged by The 1 Hotel & Residences for the use of its facilities, is included.
**This fee is waived for guests staying 30+days.

NoiseAware and Security Cameras
All public areas including the hallways, elevators and lobby as well as the pool, gym, restaurants have security cameras. We use NoiseAware, a device to measure decibel levels in the living room to alert us of noise nuisances. 100% privacy compliant. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. Disruptions fined $200.

The place was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. There is a light out in the closet in one of the bedrooms. I did let them know for 3 days but it wasn’t taken care of by the time we left. Hopefully it is by now. We would stay at this place again.

My Family stayed at the 1 Homes in Miami for my brother’s wedding and by the end of our stay, we didn’t want to leave. The room was better than the depicted in the pictures. It had everything my young family needed and more.

A few days in paradise

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay!! There are ocean views from every room! We spent hours sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The suite is so quiet and comfortable, but still close to all the action. The property manager and owner are both wonderful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Disappointing property manager

The washer did not work from day 1. I kept calling the property manager and he didn’t care. The freezer wasn’t working and I had to toss all my frozen foods and lastly the tv in the extra bedroom wasn’t working. I called the property manager multiple times and texted him but he never got back to me.

Hard to breathe

Our unit has a terrible mold problem. The smell of mold is overpowering when you walk into the unit. Every night we all had trouble breathing due to the mold. Also, this unit is not in the top floor as stated. The unit is in floor 15 and has a PH floor as well as a UPH floor. The dryer did not work properly and the towels all smelled like mildew. Also, there were not enough hand towels or washcloths. Lastly, why should I have to pay to be there for someone else’s unit to do all the deferred maintenance? Will never be back here.

Where do I even begin?! The condo is gorgeous and has everything you could possible need. The building staff is amazing- bringing you packages as they arrive. The condo is in a great location- right near the beach and pool. The building has a wonderful gym and several food options. The hosts were incredible- so kind! We will be back!

Amazing penthouse, perfect location, great host

Spent 4 days with family. Had an amazing time enjoying the premises, view and the hotel pool/beach and other amenities. The properly manager was always in touch and was rather helpful. Highly recommended.

AC not working and view not the best

When looking at the pictures you do not realise the balcony is not overlooking the hotel/pool area but an adjacent street between the hotel and the water - where there are noise from trucks offloading to the hotel all day. More important - the AC in one of the two bedrooms does not work properly. It was73-74 degrees and bad air quality. When contacting the agency we were told that this "is the way the hotel is constructed so there is nothing we can do". Highly dissappointing.

Easy stay

Easy /hassle free stay. Owner very responsive. Unit is clean and has great ocean view. 1 hotel is beautiful hotel in great location. We enjoyed our daily walks on boardwalk. Gym and rooftop pool were great too.

Good for the price

Decent apartment. Balcony overlooks the service entrance to hotel so it’s a bit noisy out there. Furniture is low quality and old. On the plus side we paid significantly less than in the hotel. Personally prefer paying more for the hotel. It’s a more luxury experience. The property manager was a joke. Residence desk checked us in the VRBO property manager literally did nothing.
