Great location and good apartment

The apartment and location were great as expected. Clean apartment and nice view! Definitely recommend it and I would come back. The reservation process is clunky as it involves a 2nd platform beyond VRBO to enter the same info, as explained in the description. The host was available and easy to chat with. Cons: The property requested $50/guest in the lobby, and I wasn't able to get an early check-in or late checkout. The lobby charges $50 to hold your bag and $50 if you get locked out. There's only 1 set of keys.

Perfect Location

This was a business trip. We were in a great location where we could walk to anything we needed and were within a short distance to our appointments. The unit is sparsely decorated and there are a lot of rules that seemed a little much - don’t use towels for washing face if you wear make-up. If the towels were high quality I could understand but they were basically thread bare. I'm sure the time of year was partly the reason for the overkill. It was close to spring break and I’m sure they needed to be strict to protect their property. Completely understandable. Overall, the unit could use a little TLC but was comfortable and satisfied our needs.
