BEACH CHAIR and UMBRELLA RENTALS AND BEACH ACCESS: Our building spans the entire block from Collins Ave to Ocean Drive. The beach is only steps from our building on Ocean Drive. There are 2 public booths on the beach which rent chairs and umbrellas, Boucher Brother's and Estaban's Place. You may also rent jet skis from the Boucher Brother's booth. We do not charge our guests a daily resort fee typically charged by hotels for use of the chairs and umbrellas. We do not want to charge our guests this fee in the event they do not use the chairs every day or none of the days. Instead you will pay a la carte for the chairs and umbrellas directly at the booth.
BIKE RENTALS: There are public bike rental stations on both Ocean Drive in front of Starbucks and also on the corner of Collins Ave and 15th Street.
OCCUPANCY: The suite is an open luxury loft design with (1) king size bed and (1) sofa-bed. It is able to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. Guest may not assign the Rental Agreement or sublease all or part of the premises without first obtaining Management's written approval and consent to the assignment or sublease. Any unauthorized transfer of interest by the Guest will result in a change to a higher rate in an amount at the discretion of the management. Parties, entertainment events, or photo/film shoot require prior management approval. In the event there is such unauthorized use, a minimum location fee of $2,500 will be assessed.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: There will be a fee of $500.00 for smoking in any area of the non-smoking suite.
KEY REPLACEMENT FEE: There will be a fee of $50/key for replacement of card access keys in the event a key is lost or the keys are not returned or left inside the suite upon check out.
