Esta sucio con la alfombra dañada

El departamento es estandar pero estaba muy sucio. Las puertas y los baños muy sucios. Hasta estaba sin limpiar el inodoro. El lavaplatos estaba deteriorado. La persona de limpieza dejo parte de los muebles en el balcon que estaba muy sucio.

The Unit was fine, but the building was not great

Poorly designed and managed building, as you could wait sometimes 20 minutes for an elevator. If you tried to use one that didn't have a line, the sign next to it said they would fine you $100. Pool was nice that it was right next to the intercoastal, but small pool deck and not enough lounge chairs. Valet staff was friendly, though they said to text before coming down and our car would be ready. We texted, then waited 20 minutes for an elevator each time to learn they didn't usually leave to get the car until you actually got down there. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Recommend they get more dishes as it was a 2 bedroom unit and there were 4 plates for a family of 4. Also, no spatulas, salt & pepper shakers and the usual you find with these types of rentals.It's portrayed as a residential unit, but it's not stocked that way and it's in a hotel style condo building, hence it was packed with large families. The pictures made and description said we would have access to the beach club for free with towels, chairs, umbrellas and the large 2 person lounge beds. When we arrived, we received an email saying this was no longer true due to management changes at the beach club. We were told we would get reimbursed for 2 lounge chairs a day, which we did. Seems like a 2 bedroom unit for a family of 4 should have been reimbursed for 4 chairs per day. And if you wanted to use one of the 2 person lounge beds on the website, it was $125/day

Nice location, nice apartment

Nice apartment with amenities (washer/dryer, kitchen). Good location for going to the beach which is easily walkable or can take the shuttle. Quiet and spacious.

Great amount of space, good amenities, clean and close to Beach.

Our stay at Beach Walk Resort was very positive overall. The unit was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The response time was also very good when emailing about any concerns. It is a close walk to the beach, restaurants, Walmart. The pool, gym restaurant are all lovely. Our biggest concern was the noise level if you are road side. It seems that the units that are even, 802 , 804 etc are all facing the road. So although you can see the intercostal waterway which is nice, it is too loud to even use your patio, as the noise from the cars is overwhelming. It can affect your sleep as it starts early and goes late. Hallendale beach is nice, and you are very close to Hollywood beach which is much busier, but also has the boardwalk, and lots of restaurants, shops etc. You are also nicely situated for day trips if you have kids.

Very spacious, modern condo everything you need within walking distance

This property is in the perfect location for any visit to south Florida. The free private beach club was a great bonus and the condo was very roomy for six women. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of grocery stores near by, in walking distance. I can't wait to get back to Hallandale and stay here again

Very Nice Place to Stay

I ended up staying at this resort at the last minute because my reservation was cancelled by a different resort chain......... Thankfully this ended up being a very nice place with all of the things I wanted including two bedrooms, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. The owner was excellent and communicated very well with me once booked, he really helped undo the disaster that was my last minute cancelled reservation from another resort. The only cons were that the kitchen had service for 6, but lacked some essentials (no baking sheets, cutting board, chefs knife, largest skillet was 8inch) I have a young child so when I travel I like to be able to prepare meals so I do not have to eat out every night. Also unfortunately in this town, it is mandatory that you valet park your car so running out for a few quick things turned into an hour long process during busy times, although all of the valet attendants were very courteous and helpful all week. Otherwise this really ended up being a nice resort to visit.

Great vacation condo

The condo was very cozy. Had everything we needed. It was very clean. Close to everything. The -people were very friendly and helpful.
