- Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes).
If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away — free, fast, and connects you to Downtown & the Arts District.

Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Before check-in, all guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply—see House Rules for details.
Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Saturday–Sunday only (no weekday access).
Façade Repairs: Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and workers may be present on the façade during the day. Do not place furniture on balconies—the building may impose fines of up to $3,000.
Pack & Play, High Chair & Rollaway Bed: Available upon request for an additional fee. Subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).
Height clearance: 6’2” (1.88 m). Please confirm your vehicle fits before requesting.
