🔑 How do I enter the apartment?

We’ll send your access instructions before arrival. The apartment uses a keyless entry code. A building access remote is provided; the replacement fee for a lost remote is $120.



👶 Is a crib available?

A Pack & Play may be available for $60 per stay. Please request it in advance so we can confirm availability.



🧹 Is daily cleaning included?

No. The cleaning fee covers cleaning after checkout. Please ask us for a quote if you would like cleaning during your stay.



📦 Can I receive packages?

Yes. The building charges $5 for small packages and $10 for large packages. Please do not send packages more than 30 days before arrival.



⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?

Both are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. The fee is $60 for each approved request. An unapproved late check-out after 11:00 AM incurs a $100-per-hour fee.
