We had an amazing stay. The location is amazing.

We had an amazing stay. The location is amazing. We would bop back and forth between the pool and beach because it was so close by. The path along the beach was amazing for running. Happy hour specials at some amazing restaurants, all walkable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with sextant. This location was very close to everything! It was walking distance from all popular locations in south beach. It's close enough to the fun and action but quiet enough to where you can get sleep at night. The rooms/apartments are very well-kept and clean, and it includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, dishes, and other great necessities. The rooftop area is a nice place to relax, and there are room service options that can be delivered from some of the surrounding restaurants; there is even a small mini-mart across the street. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
