Its three newly rejuvenated Art Deco structures have been entered into the National Registry of historic buildings. The Fountain also features a pool, a rarity in the historic Art Deco district, as well as a landscaped courtyard patio area which features a gas grill and picnic table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our vacation rental features a well-appointed deluxe one bedroom condo. Other features include saturnia marble flooring, floor to ceiling marble shower, fully equipped European-style granite top kitchen with stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as en-suite washer dryers. Unit boast designer decor with queen-size bed, we provide high-speed internet as a courtesy. Is uniquely located on a quiet neighborhood street, within walking distance to all the great activity which so characterizes South Beach. This condominium unit offers our guests all the amenities to enjoy their moments of relaxation to feel at home and make it a perfect choice since every daytime and nightlife activity is so close and is still a very peaceful place. The building features a heated pool and beautiful blooming gardens, area for barbecues, excellent security and protection.
