Neither the property nor the unit we stayed at was clean. There were ants all over the unit. It was advertised as housing four but there were not enough sheets/blankets available for the main bedroom and the sofa bed. The walls were extremely thin so we could hear full conversations and loud music from the neighboring units. The front door would not close or lock without needing to be slammed shut first. Location was pretty good, we were able to walk, bike, or take a shuttle to South Beach easily.

Nice well equipped place, you can even cook properly and wash laundry. 35mins walk to miami beach, 1min to the seashore.

This property was very nice it is a full apartment in a nice area. lots of cool restaurants and places to have fun , and only a few blocks from full beach access and amenities. I will stay again. The response time was very fast. and place is very modern

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was such a great spot! Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were smooth and the amentiries were great. The listing wasn’t the exact unit/ the view wasn’t as nice but it was still a great stay. The TV we broke in the living room and the wifi on the TVs were a little finicky but that’s my only complaint. Communication was a 10/10, would definitely stay again.
