I would stay here again.
Everything was fine with our room. When we read the reviews we were kinda nervous about it but when we got there it was nice. Our room was clean we did use sanitary wipes just to wipe things off for us. Which we do this in every room we stay in no matter how new. Love the beach. The pool was great and was clean. Everything was in walking distance and most places are good at delivering. We enjoyed our stay.

great place for the price
Nice, clean place. Everything was as advertised. Quick response by email when I had a question. No complaints. For the price, it's definitely worth it and I would recommend this place to others.

...delusione...
Eravamo in cinque e mancava un letto..abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci in tre in un letto matrimoniale,l'appartamento soprattutto il bagno era molto sporco,con capelli sparsi ovunque sul pavimento,asciugamani puzzolenti,non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di usarli,e il resto vi lasco immaginare...la foto che ti fanno vedere con vista mare..ma il mare l'abbiamo visto di striscio!!!quindi non so cosa ci può essere di positivo in tutto questo!!! Delusione unica!!!

Great place to stay!
My husband and three boys stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. It is very close to alot of shops and restaurants. South beach is about 10 minutes away and we went to the aquarium in miami and that was around 30 minutes away. The pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The room was very clean. They had pots and pans to cook light meals, which was perfect for us. We had a baby pack n play and it fit fine in the room. I would definitely recommend this place.
