Bathroom details

The condo includes 1.5 baths, featuring a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and shampoo. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, making your stay seamless from the moment you arrive.

Guests planning longer visits are welcome, with stays of 28 days or more allowed. Guest Access:

Remote Controls: Two types of remotes are used — one for garage parking access and one for building access (pool, fitness center, doors, and service elevator after 5 PM on weekdays and all weekend).

Fees: $50 + tax non-refundable if a remote is lost.

Luggage Storage: Available at front desk for $10 + tax per luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Just across from the ocean with beach access, Ocean Reserve is located approximately 13 miles North of South beach, and 4 miles South of Hollywood in Sunny Isles.



Just steps from all necessary grocery stores and with Aventura Mall just across the bridge this is an excellent place to stay and relax conveniently (Aventura Mall is approx. 1-mile from location).
