"The rooms were clean and spacious and the kids loved the tub! The addition of a filtering dispenser was a nice touch of convenience for all of us. The western style dishes served at breakfast were not to our taste, though the asian style dishes were delicious. We recognize that tastes are subjective however."

One staff member was a particularly great English speaker, and throughout the day, she would proactively check on us and offer recommendations or help. "Great place for onsen outside usual popular locations. Place gives an upmarket feel and provides good quality. Very impressed with Breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet. Getting here will require a car ride as it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Has a 7-11 (opens till 2200) within 2 mins walk. A 24-H Hi-Life convenient store will require a drive out."

"I took a taxi from Tonglou Station to the resort, as there’s no public transportation available. I loved the setting—the surroundings were beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious, and the massage pool was incredible, especially after a day of hiking. The spring water left my skin feeling silky smooth. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. "

"3rd time staying there. The hotel is very conveniently located. Good food all within walking distance. A 15-min walk to the railway station. It's near a supermarket, cafe, pizza shop, 7-11... The room that I booked had really good views. The staff were very polite and helpful. There were always different main dishes for breakfast. Will definitely book it again."

"Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay."
