"Restaurant slow"

"The room was clean and the hotel was overall well maintained. Unfortunately, the elevators had napkins wadded up and stuck to the outside. The carpets also had so many stains and looked, frankly, like they were vomiting-stained/bleached. Staff was helpful with questions and very nice to work with!"

"Very convenient"

"The space was perfect for one person. I was attending a film festival that had a venue just down the street. Conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, etc. plus parking was included with the stay. Only issue I had: checkout was at 10 am (11 am is the norm) - they offered a later (normal) checkout time for an extra $35. No thanks, especially if I’m required (as instructed by checkout) to start a laundry cycle for towels, the dishwasher, and take out trash. I understand it’s helpful if you have a small cleaning crew but a later checkout time would have given me more time to accommodate the checkout instructions, eat breakfast, and feel more well-rested. But due to the convenience of location, decent price tag, included parking, and amenities, I’ll likely stay here again. Thanks!"
