I really liked that we were provided with a suite and still had a delicious breakfast. I would like if the windows opened. It was very hot outside but the room stayed cool.

My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn for several days while searching for an apartment for her upcoming graduate school move. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Laurie, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She even took the time to recommend safe, clean apartment communities and areas of the city for my daughter. Corey at the front desk was also attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast staff greeted us each morning with kindness and excellent service. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and provided the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy after long days of apartment hunting. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with restaurants, shopping, a coffee shop, and a CVS within walking distance. I highly recommend this Residence Inn and would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

The location was great for our family get together. The hotel is a bit worn. The room could have been a little cleaner. Dusty in some areas. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was mediocre. There was apparently a problem in the kitchen on the Sunday we were there. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was good but not being able to adjust temperature in room when the weather was in the teens made the stay horrible for me and my wife, who are senior citizens in their mid sixties

Kind, empathetic staff

Amazing experience. Staff was empathetic and kind and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially Kim at the front desk. This was a difficult time for my family and I’m so very grateful for this comforting experience.

A big thanks to the staff at the Residence Inn. I inadvertently left an item at the hotel. They had kept it and helped arrange returning it to me. Thank you!!!
