“House was clean enough but in desperate need of some tlc.. Kitchen smelt musty/damp on arrival.. Positives: beds were very comfortable, position of house was right in the heart of Staithes which was handy for central village... Would I stay here again - probably not; expensive stay for a rental that needs care and attention.”

“Very good property. A few very minor niggles The main bin was full and there were alot of flies in the kitchen. I put the bin out. Loved the snooker table. And.i was amazed at the quality of the furnishing. It was a god send as we suffered a.breavement and i could have sometime with my son.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS Overall a really horrible stay. From dirty linen to really poor communication it was not a great stay. I definitely do NOT recommend. Holes on the wall, damaged furniture, a dirty sock on the floor, beds not made, smoking alarm coming off the ceiling, dirty linen, no toilet paper… Contact with the host as also been appalling. Been trying to resolve this situation and still waiting on a solution so AVOID! ”
