「Fantastic!」

「This adorable cottage was a perfect retreat for the two of us. We enjoyed being so close to the water and the very quiet neighborhood. The house is in a prime location near great restaurants and boutique vineyards that NoFo offers! Our host was extremely attentive and available to us during our stay. The house if exceptionally maintained, very clean and brand new! We will return soon!」

「A perfect spot to gaze at the water and listen to birds. Pat is a splendid host, the cottage was spotless, everything works, all ship-shape. Could not have asked for a better stay.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Gate House! Pat was incredibly accommodating and just an all-around great host. He was kind enough to provide dockage for our boat and a place on the property to keep our boat and trailer for the duration of our stay, which made everything so easy. The house was cute, quaint, and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. Being right on the bay was amazing, and we loved the marsh bordering the property too. It was such a peaceful place to relax. We had a...

「Completely as described. Peaceful and lovely to get a break from the fast paced life. I recommend this get a away. Thank you, Robin.」

「Excellent. The property was simply lovely and the owner was excellent to work with. Location was just what we were looking for, the yard was large and landscaping & outdoor areas were wonderful. Thank you!」

「I was arriving for my brothers funeral. As this was the only VRBO that was available I grabbed it without really reading the description. The owner is an amazing woman who did all she could to make our stay as wonderful as possible during this hard time for our family. The house is cute but it is 150 years old. If you are looking for rustic and vintage vibe this house is the one for you. This house is very close to a nice clean beach. Please note for those with mobility issues.. there are...

「Love love love this place. A very unique setting on a little farm and the cabin was great. Everything ya need. A gorgeous setting. Tom, the owner is great. Will. Be. Back.」

「Nice access to the lake, the town has some excellent restaurants.」

「Nice place for a couple days to take a break from the city. The bottle of wine with plenty of chocolate treats were a pleasant welcoming gift. The queen size bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. The winding staircase leading to the bedroom though was a bit of a challenging surprise--especially if you needed to visit the bathroom on the ground floor during the night. It was also very pleasant to have morning breakfast on the porch. The only downsize to that was the...

「We enjoyed staying at the cottage very much. Very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would rent again.」

「We had a lovely time! Beautiful view!!」

「The cottage was very adequate and cute. It was decorated very nicely. The beach parking pass was a plus. Also, the Welcome binder with info. The kitchen was nicely supplied. The frozen Kisses were a nice touch (note: the bag is almost empty). We would stay again if needed. Thanks!!!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and immaculate home right on the majestic Mystic River! Our host was very communicative and kind. What a perfect location - walking distance to the fun restaurants, bars and shopping! Can’t wait to return!」
