Midtown hotels in Palm Springs

"Not sure if the towels were dingy or they were meant to be gray colored. Room was clean. Staff and morning coffee appreciated. Inside pool tile was grimy, my husband noticed when he went into jacuzzi and I over heard a guest say same thing about the pool. I recently had a foot surgery so decided not to go into either for fear of infection. Enjoyed the cabanas to sun under. Great location for being walking distance to the city center. AC was noisy but not sure what can be done about that."

"The rooms are clean, outdoor pool is amazing and family friendly. The staff is very accommodating, I have never received better service. I would definitely book there again."

"when we arrived at 100 in the after we asked if we could checkin early they said room was not ready so we showed up at 400 pm checkin time I asked for a phone call no phone call to lets us knowwhen are room was ready as we were walking to our room they had rooms on the bottom floor with venders selling merchandise to I have no clue to me this was very unprofessional I was wondering what kind of place we checked into the room was ok the hotel was out dated aaaa there was a basket in the bathroom with no soap or anything in it no shampoo in the room no soap lucky we brought are own I would not stay here again very disappointed"

"I did not have breakfast. The pool looked really nice. I did not use it. I was only there for one night, but I had a nice time and I liked my room. It was clean. The maid was extremely nice and all of the staff were very nice to."

"Great location, close to El Paseo and reasonable proximity to Palm Springs, the airport and Joshua Tree. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms equipped with a kitchen. Cons: $30/day parking, cleaning service did not refill shower amenities as requested."

"The property was pretty dirty and ice machines weren't working. We have stayed here many times and this time it was far dirtier than i ever remember it."

"Definitely not a place I would recommend staying at. The first room we were provided did not cool down, the AC was not working properly. They tried to fix it and after being in the room for about 4 hours we had to pack everything up and moved to another room that seemed smaller but the AC was working only to find out later that the bathroom door did not close. We went down to the lobby to inform them, only to be told that maintenence waa done for the day and no one could go check on it. We had five people on our reservation and were only provided 3 hand towels and 3 bath towels. We had to go to the lobby and ask for additional towels. The room we were moved to had someone's personal items in one of the drawers, the items were turned in to the staff at the reception area. The two rooms we were in were had several carpet stains, dirty walls, dirty lamps, dirty couches, along with worn furniture. The trash cans around the property had overflowing trash and filthy floors, they definitely need more housekeeping all around including a good pressure washiing. I took out my own trash to the big trash can at the end of the hall several times, which should be cleared out from there by housekeeping a few times a day. On one of the nights I took out my trash and placed it in the trash can around 8pm only to still find it there the next morning when I passed by around 11am. The pool was another story, some days it was so filty with moths, bees and other debris, along with murky water. "
