“Wir waren Ende Oktober hier und können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen. Alles was benötigt wird ist vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und sie hat uns bei all unseren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.”

“La propriété est très bien agencée et conforme au descriptif. Une petite climatisation serait un plus. Mais toutes les chambres sont bien équipées de ventilateurs La piscine est top. La villa est à 12 min de Felanitx, ce qui la met à 30 min de toutes les plages. Sa situation permet de rayonner sur plusieurs parties de l’île. Je recommande vivement !!”

“Roomy villa with a large terrass always offering both sun and shadow. Lovely evening sun on the roof terrass. Large social dining areas inside the house and a well equiped kitchen with lot of storage areas. Nice bedrooms with excellent shades and AC. The two bedrooms upstairs, with bathroom and roof terrass, are accessible via an outside stairs. The pool is pertfect for kids and adults - ranging from 0,9 meter up to 2,0 meters. Lots of sunbeds and places both in the sun and in the shadow during……

“Our stay at this beautiful home was more than we could have hoped for! The communication was great! Our host met us at the house and Showed us around, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We were left a lovely parcel of goodies when we arrived which was welcomed after our travel. The place was absolutely spotless. So clean! The home was so well looked after. “The house was just as described in the listing on Vrbo- spacious and clean with beautiful views of the island from the top of the tower. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen. It was well stocked with any items you may need. The pool was kept clean and was great for a quick dip. Another perk of this property is the proximity to Cala Santanyí. After only a 10 minute walk, we were able to walk to the most beautiful beach I have ever been to with crystal clear waters as well as an area to jump……

“What an amazing place! The Finca/villa was everything and more that we wanted for a relaxing holiday. It was only 5 minutes out of Calas de Mallorca but was surrounded by fields and fruit trees with the only thing being heard were the crickets or birds. A car is definitely required due to the remoteness. We were surprised by the amount of land attached to the property and the private drive. Xisco was very responsive to any queries we had and the caretaker was very quick to sort out any……

Jeden Morgen haben wir den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bewundert. Die Villa ist sehr schön angelegt aus hochwertigsten Baumaterialien.
