「Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. This was not stated on the room advertisement which is misleading and it should be. The couple are lovely but better communication is required so travellers are aware of what they are paying for.」
