"My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Tempe Hotel. From the staff and location to the cleanliness, breakfast, hot tub rooms—everything was truly 5 stars for us. When we first arrived, we weren’t completely comfortable with the room we had originally booked. Doug (head of security) was incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure we were moved to a better room where we felt happy and comfortable. Thank you, Doug! Our mornings were unforgettable thanks to the amazing breakfast this hotel offers. The variety of options is outstanding, including a fresh, make-your-own omelet and waffle station, delicious fruits, and many other great food choices. Definitely get the breakfast package—it’s totally worth it! The breakfast server, Medfigue, was a wonderful surprise and a highlight of our trip. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Being greeted and served by her every morning was a perfect way to start our vacation days. Thank you, Medfigue, for your excellent service. Another favorite part of our stay was the pool and hot tub. The pool view is beautiful, and there’s even a scenic hiking trail right next to the hotel—an unbeatable location. "The hotel, its location, and the amenities were top notch. Could not be beat! I am loving the AC Hotel line. However, I think this particular hotel needs to hire more staff for overnight and breakfast services- especially during busy times. The staff they had on were AMAZING (can not emphasize this enough) but it was hard to watch them be overburdened while trying to take the very best care of their guests. "

"Fabulous place to stay. Good restaurant. Comfortable rooms. There is a bar on the roof, but it's not open every night (it should be). Good restaurants within walking distance. Only about 20 min from the airport. Will definitely stay here again. "
