「We had a great experience. There was a slight smoke smell when we first arrived but the management group was very cooperative and offered various solutions to help remove the odor. It was nice out so we just opened the windows and aired the house out. No issues after that. Nice quiet neighborhood and you a really close to just about everything. "The room is smelly Water leaked to room underneath the air conditioner, which make the carpet nearby wet, and some of my pants and cloth got wet because of this.
