Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd vacation in Broadkill. We love this property and have requested to stay again next year. Great location; quick walk to the beach; the property was clean and well-maintained; there's not a lot to do in Broadkill other than relax and that's the way we like it. Berkshire Hathaway was easy to work with and trustworthy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful. We were excited to find bikes and kayaks to use. We used the fire pit multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor decks. A unique beach experience because it was very isolated and we had the beach to ourselves. The waves were so gentle and we were able to walk so far out. The house had lots of extra supplies, like flour, marshmallow roasting sticks, etc. Which made our stay that much nicer. I highly recommend.

Great sleepy beach spot

We stayed at the house for a long weekend and had a great time. The kayaks were a big hit with the kids! The house was clean and a perfect rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to this area for a family event. This home was a perfect set up for the multiple families staying. It was very comfortable and had plenty of social space for us to gather inside and out.

The house was the perfect size for our group (8 adults) and just a short walk to a quiet beach and the general store. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, kayak, bikes are all available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking necessities. The linen rental service was OK, and it's possible the comforters and bathmats are not washed between guests as they are not collected.
