“The hotel room was clean and comfortable within what would be expected from a very old building. Liked the king size bed as well. The staff were friendly as well. Nice to have a restaurant attached for easy evening meals. Food was very nice a price that matches most establishments. One criticism is on the ground floor of the coach House, having tables and chairs by the my bedroom window less than five feet away meant I had to go to bed being able to hear the conversations and phones until almost……

“We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with black mould around the edges of the shower. The bedroom……

“I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again.”

“Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area.”
