“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“No staff, codes didn't work, coffee machine was broken, no complimentary pastries provided, snacks in room required a call after the stay for a card to charge despite not being informed prior. Poor experience all around.”

“Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at……

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

“Overall it was a pretty nice experience staying in Westin. The location is right in the center where you can go everywhere within walk distance. ”

“Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.”

“Very thankful for the Continental Breakfast. Actual was more than just cerwal and fruit. Had pancakes potatoes canadian bacon chicken tenders to put on toasted bread etc. It is noce they try to do every 2 days house keeping to check on you. Also expedia does not tell you this hotel has a 40$ hold per night in case of damages. The reasoning is sound but when you travel with a tight budget it does take money from your other available funds”
