“This is really a beautiful property conveniently located on Main Street. It looks like a fairly recent renovation which was beautifully done with great amenities! The guest bath "rain" shower was completely amazing. We had one issue that we dealt with the property mgmt with that was unfortunate, but I don't want to take away any stars for that as it was not the owner's fault. All in all a great stay at a lovely property. ”

“Wonderful location, just far enough away from downtown Pagosa Springs but super quick to get there. The neighborhood was so quiet. There is a small pond behind the unit where we watched deer, ducks, and bats from the floor to ceiling windows! The beds and linens are so great too!”

“We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first……

“It was a great condo for a 3 day get together for 2 couples We were visiting friends who live in Pagosa Springs but didn't have room for us. So it was nice to have a place if our own to relax, rejuvenate and have breakfast and late night conversation.Fully equipped modern kitchen. Parking for 2 vehicles outside the door. City Market is 8 minutes away by car. Clean, quiet and comfortable. ”

“The only bad thing was that this is a 2nd floor condo with one level above. The unit above was rented (or it was an owner) but we could hear them walking and running. The last night there was nobody there and it was delightful. Perhaps advising renters that there are people above and below and to be considerate.”
