“This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood. The next day we discovered that one street over was a much busier street with……

“We stayed here in 2023 and the hotel was wonderful. I’m not sure what happened in the last 3 years but the hotel hallways and rooms are falling apart. The lobby, pool, and beach are wonderful but the guest rooms are in DESPERATE need of a makeover. They’re dirty, worn out, and the worst part of all is the AWFUL musty mold smell in the rooms. You can literally see black mold in the air conditioning vents (see photos) and the smell is so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. I had to switch rooms 3……
