If we didn't have bills to pay we would have stayed longer 😂 property management contact was proactive in reaching out with some guidelines and tips about staying there, everything pretty standard. We have stayed here before at a different suite so we were pretty familiar with everything. We had a great time in Greater Orlando. “I enjoyed my stay. A couple of things, I did not realize. 1 most of the rooms were upstairs. I nor my husband like stairs and I guess I should have paid attention to this. It was a pain going up and down these stairs. Second , I was taken aback by the facility calling me that I should have checked out by 10am when I paid for two more days and had receipt and proof. Instead of him checking that, I had to provide proof that I paid for the additional days. I didn’t appreciate that at all. That……

“Great location! I was able to access the trail and downtown easily. The apartment was clean and had everything i needed. Upon arrival i was concerned about the appearance of the property next door. I never felt unsafe.”

“The pictures were accurate. The bed is super comfy and was a good size. This room was perfect for me and my 8 year old. There is an informational binder in the room that states only enough soap, shampoo, and body wash provided for 1 day and guest is responsible for the other days. however there was no body wash so i would recommend bringing your own toiletries. There did not seem to be an outdoor play area like listed. We were disappointed that we were not notified the hot tub would be out of……

“The property owner was easily reachable and very accommodating, personable, and helpful. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful with various requests. The grounds were well-maintained and had multiple clean pools and outdoor recreation areas. The condo was very clean and had comfortable beds and other furnishings. However, if you are spoiled with Keurig coffee makers or the like, be aware that this unit has an auto drip coffee maker. Bathrooms were nice but fairly average. The……

“This property is very convenient to the airport, Universal, and Disney. There are restaurants and other stores also conveniently nearby. The unit itself is clean and basic. We were a group of 4. Myself, spouse, and 2 adult daughters. The sofa in living room is very small, keep this in mind if you intend to sleep 6. The video and pictures for this property are outdated. The gazebo area near the lake is boarded up and closed. The store is essentially empty. The restaurant does not offer Pizza Hut.……
