「I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated. 「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...
