「Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.」

「Great staff and service. I personally liked the location as you have Hora sweets just adjacent where you can get eating options. E-rickshaws are easily available from the gate, so you can travel anywhere.」

「The exterior of this hotel looked pleasant enough, and our check in was courteous and efficient. Our room, the deluxe double, was large, with a kitchen corner, but it didn't look clean enough to entice us to use it. The bathroom was of a good size. The bed was comfortable, but neither the bedding nor the towels were really clean. Although it was noisy during the day, it was peaceful at night.The restaurant served enjoyable food at both dinner and breakfast. The road outside the hotel is dirty...

「This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again.」

「Our stay at Hotel Aarav Grand was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable large beds. We left a beloved teddy bear behind and the owner has posted it on to our hotel in Delhi for us. One recommendation I would have is to add a breakfast menu to their room service. 」
