“Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant. ”

“This resort is on very narrow road and you need to walk about 600 meters to get rixa or go to any restaurant. The water flow is very low so shower flow is also very low. You have to start water geaser about 15 minutes before and than you will be able to fill about one bucket of extreme hot water and than the water becomes about warm or cold and it will take about another half hour or more to get another bucket of hot water. Also you are not able to mix the hot and cold water by turning on both……

“Bathroom no proper drainage , no hot water , very hard groundwater supply,appaers old poorly renovated bath room ,fan not working , reception dont know how to talk with guest no proper information that breakfast was included,served breakfast in room as there is no restaurant and limited option and limited quantity. ”

“Bedsheet had blood on it, change bedsheet and other sheet after everytime renting a room.”

“Rooms were dirty, not cleaned. Costtuxtion work going on, bad smell in the room and noise from the road. While i would give credit to the staff for making an effort to do the best for us during stay, we were totally uncomfortable during the stay due to the condition of the property. The pictures and rating while maling the booking totally decieved us. ”

“Our stay at Hotel Aarav Grand was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable large beds. We left a beloved teddy bear behind and the owner has posted it on to our hotel in Delhi for us. One recommendation I would have is to add a breakfast menu to their room service. ”
