Condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed out. Complex is wonderful. Grounds are nicely kept and is center to many things. Such a wonderful stay starting from the moment we arrived and walked into the beautiful condo.

Great Accommodations

Great property and good location. Everything was as promised. The only issue I can mention is the bedroom TV’s did not seem to work. We weren’t there to watch TV so this was not an issue for us.

They had 5 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as kids toys that got a lot of use. It was great having a separate bedroom for the kids and 2.5 baths. Lots of room and a great view with nothing blocking the view of the gulf. We could see and hear the beach waves every day from the large balcony. MyVacationHaven had some kitchen and bathroom essentials too such as soap and shower gels, dish and laundry soap/pods. It was a nice touch. Notification texts worked great and MVH even called on the first day just to check in and make sure everything was going well. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great family vacation!!!

Reviewer Comments: I wanted to share my outstanding experience with Vacation Haven for our recent stay at the Westwards in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Although the booking process initially involved a third party and was frustrating, the moment we connected directly with Vacation Haven, everything became remarkably smoother.In hindsight, I regret not booking directly through Vacation Have from the start. The staff on the phone was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and most importantly answered the phone when I called (This is provably the most important since not being familiar with the resort, area or beach I had some questions). Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a significant difference in our overall experience.The unit we booked, (Westwinds unit 4753), was clean, had perfect serene decor, was comfortable and had the unit had comfortable beds. The attention to detail with the toiletries was a nice touch and helpful. Our experience with Vacation Haven was great, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a seamless, delightful vacation experience.

The condo is incredibly clean, and the view is fantastic. However, the king bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and some things need updating (cabinets throw pillows, and furniture). The faucet in the kitchen doesn't work properly. The Westwinds pool is wonderful and the access to the beach is great as well.

We had a minor problem with the mstr shower not draining properly, maintenance responded quickly. They corrected the problem and checked all toilets and second bathroom shower/tub. It would be nice if the deck cushions were updated, not much cushion left.Our favorite restaurants didn't let us down, McGuires, Louise Louise, and Pompano Joe's, all excellent.

Great Place and Location, needs a bit of maintenance love

The place is really nice overall. Location is great, the resort itself is nice and the unit is clean and updated. However, there were some maintenance issues that should be addressed. The master bathroom has a toilet that is not working properly and one of the faucets (from the double vanity) is broken and cannot be used, the fan on the master bedroom is also not working and the a/c in that room is not as good so the room gets hot while the rest of the unit is cool. We also could not find the control to the TV on the master bedroom. Note that the kitchen utensils are very basic; not a single spatula for cooking. Other than these things, everything was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our at Sandestin and the location of our Westwinds condo, as we like being right on the beach. We found the MyVacationHaven maintenance staff to be friendly and eager-to-please, but there were a number of maintenance issues needing attention at the condo that made us wonder whether the condo was inspected before our arrival. MVH maintenance did what they could, but some of the issues required outside contractors, and while we did not let these issues ruin our vacation, it did seem like there were more repairmen coming through than we would have liked. Hopefully things will be resolved before our visit next year.

Amazing and Beautiful

The property was in a perfect location and right on the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only bad thing I could say is that the screens to the balcony were torn and seem to be slightly off track. The view from the balcony was unbelievably beautiful with the sunset view. We went out to eat quite a bit but the kitchen has your bare essentials. Some of the most beautiful and clean beaches we’ve ever been to. I would definitely recommend and was already looking to book our next trip before we had left.
