Moore Sunny Daze is perfectly situated along Scenic Gulf Dr., featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stunning side beach views of the Emerald Coast. Located in building 1 on the top (4th) floor, it is conveniently close to the stairs and elevator, and just a short walk to the front pool and beach access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (accommodates 8):

Primary Bedroom - King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony access
Guest Bedroom - King bed, direct access to a full bathroom
Guest Bedroom - Bunk beds and shared hallway bathroom
Living Room - New queen sleeper sofa
The living room and both king bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray/DVD players.

WIFI is available throughout the property.

We hope you enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A brand-new stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, and range complete the kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare lunch or a large family dinner. Additionally, we have stocked our space with board games, a small beach cooler, beach toys, and more. A stackable washer and dryer are also included in this condo.

DOGS WELCOMED: We allow 2 dogs weighing under 50lbs each. We do charge a $125 pet fee per stay. Please select the pet option when booking so your pet is approved.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED:
Forget about lugging your own beach chairs and umbrella! We provide four chairs and two umbrellas from mid-March through late October (weather permitting), with friendly beach attendants on hand to assist you.

MARAVILLA:
This gated community boasts 2.5 acres of private, sugar-white sandy beaches. Enjoy two pools (one heated in winter), a hot tub, basketball courts, covered BBQ grills, and an updated fitness center. Additional amenities include a tennis court and two dedicated pickleball courts. With easy access from both Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr., coming and going is a breeze. You’ll find grocery stores and the world-class shopping and dining Destin has to offer just a stone's throw away.

NEARBY:
Within approximately three miles, you can find Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall. Treat yourself to delightful meals at Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Surf Hut, or Kenny D's, among others.
