KITCHEN & DINING
Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space, including an oversized peninsula. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances you need to create even the most complex of recipes.
Looking to treat yourself to an ocean-front family dinner? Indulge in the vibrant dining scene with Pompano Joe`s to the west and Captain Dave`s restaurant to the east. Delectable experiences are just moments away!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home sleeps 6 comfortably – up to 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and cable-ready TV. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for two guests. An additional two guests can sleep in the built-in twin over twin bunk beds in the hallway just outside the living area.
The master bedroom features an adjoining door into the full bathroom with a beautiful tile shower for easy access and privacy with an additional entrance to the bathroom from the kicthen.
HOUSE AMENITIES
The Condo comes with an initial starter set of toiletries that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.
This condo features an (ever changing) array of items available for guest use such as beach chairs and umbrellas to shield you from getting too tan on the beach, and an assortment of beach toys and tons of games for family game night. A shared washer and dryer is available for guests on the first floor of the condo building. Coins or credit card is accepted for use.
OUTDOOR AREAS AND COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Sip a refreshing mimosa from the floor level patio while preparing for a day across the street with your toes in the sugar white sands. Or sunbathe in one of the available loungers at the onsite community pool. Relax after a rough day playing in the waves at the beach in the community jetted spa.
A picnic area with available charcoal grills is available for guests to fire up and sear a steak to the perfect temperature.
PARKING
Guests can park up to two vehicles in the parking lot of the community. Parking spots are unassigned, but parking passes will be required and will be furnished for guests.
We strive to ensure every guest feels at home, every time. Should there be something you need, have a question about, or need clarification on, we are available via phone, email, and text. All of our managed properties feature a keyless, electronic lock for easy access. No need to check-in at a desk, just head straight to your condo after parking!

We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am
- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 25
