The house was nice, because everyone had their own bathroom! We really enjoyed the pool, nice size, clean and plenty of chairs and a couple of umbrellas for shade!! Nice grill and outdoor space! The only part that I could see for improvement was the living room furniture and may be time to change the mattresses. Kitchen was small but who wants to cook on vacation!!! Well stocked kitchen! Nice size golf cart that was very handy!

Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house had everything we needed and the host responded very quickly to any question or request we had. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and generous starter supplies. They provided beach gear (cooler, wagon, chairs) and some pool toys. This is the second time we have stayed in this community. It is close to everything! We loved it!

Turn key accommodations

Spent a week in Destin, arrived to the gated well lit quaint and cute neighborhood. Almost all the properties seemed to be rentals and in tiptop shape. Easy access to gorgeous beaches. Had everything we needed to cook (except groceries) and live for our duration. Plan to return and highly recommended

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

We had an incredible stay at this beach home! The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The heated pool was a highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The house itself was wonderfully kid-friendly and had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we were able to prepare a full birthday dinner without missing a single item. The beds were super comfy, and the thoughtful addition of beach chairs, wagon, and towels made our beach days even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Great Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Breeze. The private pool was awesome, and we spent a lot of time relaxing by it. The kitchen was fully stocked, so it was easy to cook meals without needing anything extra. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great.The free golf cart was a huge plus – it made getting around so easy, especially to the beach, which was just a short ride away with the private access.Overall, this place has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice, stress-free stay in Coastal Breeze.Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!
