Set directly on the white shores of the sparkling Emerald Coast, the sounds and sights of the beach below fill the whole vacation condo with a soothing ambiance. In fact, recent upgrades like a fresh décor scheme in beach tones, new appliances and furnishings have only added to the blissful Gulf front air that Hidden Dunes Condominium 402 offers. Apart from an excellent location on the fourth floor overlooking the beach, 402 also has other perks about its interior. Flat screen TVs throughout, dining for 10 and a furnished Gulfront balcony will leave nothing lacking for a great beach getaway. Plus, the amenities that Hidden Dunes offers are simply fantastic! Several pool and spa decks, Rubico tennis courts with a full tennis shop, pickle ball and horseshoe courts, walking trails around the forested acreage and the longest stretch of deeded beach access in the area are part of Hidden Dunes appeal. Moreover, just beyond Hidden Dunes gates lies Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, restaurants and much more entertainment.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
