This property I perfectly located on the beach with a pool. Everyday there are chairs and an umbrella set up in the beach for you and taken down at the end of the day.

Had absolutely great time, perfect spot for the beach time, golf courses close by, fishing, the cleanliness of the room and area exceeded expectations. It will be a yearly place for us.

Loved staying here!

The place is just like the pictures. Perfect location! We absolutely loved staying here. The views from the kitchen were wonderful, the location on the beach was perfect. To top it off, the grocery store is a 1 minute drive and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Communication was smooth and the apartment had everything you needed. (Minus a sponge for dishes ☺️) but everything was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful WIndancer Experience

My wife & I enjoyed our week at this unit. The unit had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing & comfortable stay. The beach was great, the location quiet and the beach chair/umbrella service was an added bonus. The location allowed for quick trips to Destin, Seaside & Santa Rosa Beach for outing and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and would stay here again.

More and better than we expected. Absolutely no complaints. 2nd floor is perfect. Felt very safe and secure at all times. Gulf is a little cold except for the very brave at this time of year but the pool was perfect. Will look to see if this is available next year.

Great location

Great location , the property is in a great area that’s near all the shopping centers. The manger was very helpful and kept great communication upon our arrival. My only complaint would be that it could have been cleaner. I get that it’s on the beach and sand gets everywhere but they may need to hire better cleaners. There was also used scrub pad left behind in the bathroom. Other than that i have no complaints. This is a great property and i will be booking again and will recommend it to others!

Relaxing location

This property is very nice. The location is right on the beach with easy access. Definitely has been recently upgraded. Communication was prompt- only asked 1 question and answered quickly! We loved have 2 chairs and umbrella provided during our entire stay. The property itself is older and is a Spacious condo with just about everything you need. I personally would like a couple of things improved, more water pressure and a better shower head. Lengthy showers are needed to have enough time to rinse your hair. Microwave even though we didn’t use we noticed the handle was broken on it and bedroom ceiling fan makes an awful sounds. You can hear every footstep taken above you so don’t plan to sleep in.

The Management company my contact "Donna" was amazing , we have stayed in a lot of rental and I have never had customer service like Donna checking in and making sure we were comfortable . The only thing I was say and I hate to say it but the only thing that needs to improve would be when we first walked-in it had musky old smell, and the rental has some age with upgrades but , the tile and the doors need to update cause that makes the rental look dirty when its not , and maybe more comfortable couch . But the bed was comfy , and the kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook ..

First the management team/service was exceptional. They stayed in contact with us when our trip got close and ensured that we had all of the information to access the unit, WiFi and the beach. Windancer 201 was also equipped with everything we needed to start our stay toilet paper, paper towels. Laundry detergent and pretty much anything you needed in the kitchen. The beach access was super easy and you are right on the beach. The balcony is a nice size and looks straight out to the ocean. Sitting and drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning is breathtaking. You are walking distance to fast food thru high end food. You even have a outlet mall in walking distance if you like that stuff. This is a great place to stay and I recommend it to everyone. I will be staying there again.

The location of this property is unbeatable! We loved staying here and have found our new go-to place. We may try a different unti though because it did smell a bit mildewy. Pros: ✔️Location! You are right by it all. ✔️Easy communication! Donna was responsive and welcoming. ✔️Beach service included. This is such a huge plus! ✔️Spacious and cute decor. ✔️Nice pool. ✔️Hot water and water pressure was great! ✔️Great views! We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. Cons: ✔️The condo smelled mildewy. I have asthma and needed my inhaler eveey day while there. May need checked for mold. ✔️Our washer needed cleaned and had mold on the liner. Typical of a front load washer but def needs a scrub. ✔️Microwave had a broken handle. Not a huge deal, but for what you pay for the unit this should be fixed. ✔️Recommendation more than a con- pump hand soap. The bars get nasty and there is no where to put them. ✔️Condiments- there were none. No spices, no ketchup, no coffee, no nodda. We have stayed at a lot of condos and those little touches go a long ways. I'd think it would be doable for the nightly cost we payed.

The communication with the owner was superb, ensuring our needs were met. The view from the end unit balcony allowed for some pretty impressive pictures as well. One photo we’re having enlarged and hanging above our fireplace mantle. The daily beach service is definitely a big plus too. Great times and a great experience. Looking forward to our return trip!

Did not feel clean as the rugs were jute and very old. Leak under the sink the entire trip so the smell was very unpleasant. They responded and tried to repair very quickly. Ice maker never worked. Bathtub was old and drain did not work well, hated putting my kids in this tub. Overall, I would not stay or recommend this exact unit without upgrades being completed.
