Named from the Polynesian word for “Greetings,” this elegant coastal retreat delivers a warm welcome from the moment you arrive. Located inside the private, gated Emerald Waters community, this upscale vacation rental is just a short walk to private beach access and offers resort-style amenities ideal for large families and multi-generational beach vacations.



With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 21 guests, Iorana II blends comfort, space, and timeless coastal charm—because the best beach memories are made together.



Open-Concept Living & Chef-Ready Kitchen: Step inside to a serene, light-filled living space featuring 10-foot ceilings, a large plush sofa, and two recliners—perfect for unwinding after a sun-filled day. * Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

*Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home due to the rules and regulations of the HOA.

*Tents/Canopies –are not permitted on the beach, per the HOA regulations.



WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: You will be provided with 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels during your stay with Beach Reunion at Iorana II.

BEACH CHAIRS: May be rented across from Holiday Road via LDV Beach Service.

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible!
