Great location

House was perfect. Golf carts a huge help getting the crew to and from the beach and restaurants at the Wharf.Sandestin is a beautiful property.Only complaint is that they don’t enforce their rules for people that set up personal belongings. They let people set up right in front of the chair and umbrella rentals. Which are very expensive

We had a wonderful time. The space met all of our needs. Enjoyed the back porch view overlooking the gulf course. Also loved the shady walkability of the neighborhood.

Great beach trip

Had a wonderful relaxing family vacation. Love the community and the ease of using golf carts. Miramar Beach is as nice as any beach in the world (that I've been to), although it is crowded.Only suggestion for the property is it needs more bowls and plates. It advertises that it sleeps 12 but there are only 6 bowls total. We had to hand wash bowls and share them for breakfast.

We loved your Pet Friendly House

We stayed here for 3 weeks while our house was being painted. The house was great. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because it is pet friendly. The location is fantastic and this is one of the nicer homes in Laurel Grove and the location on the gulf course is very nice. We would definitely stay again.

I have been a visitor to Destin in the past because of beach front access but this was my first stay in Sandestin. Far superior. Can still access the beach but so much more. And Have Travel Memories is a superior vacation property management company from beginning to end! Highly recommend them!

Nice property on the golf course

We love the Laurel Grove neighborhood in Sandestin. And this little house was in great shape. We spent most of our time there on the back porch which backs to The Raven Golf Course. There’s a small charcoal grill. Nothing fancy but thats ok, it reminded us that charcoal often makes a better steak than our fancy gas grills. We slept in the downstairs bedroom which was comfortable. A golf cart is a must in Sandestin and the one that came with the property worked nicely. I’m sure You’ll be happy here. We were.

Very clean and lovely home in the Laurel Grove area. Nice walk to the community pool and having 2 golf carts for 12 people was near perfect. The a/c worked very well, the water pressure gave us no issues. The kitchen was nice, however the only thing we had 12 of were wine glasses. Not a complaint mind you, we just didn't have enough for one dinner or breakfast. There were 7 plates and similar for bowls and utensils. After searching, we did find another box of utensils and made good use of those. The majority of our meals we used plastic or paper plates, as we could not serve everyone with a plate. The golf carts are spectacular and the closet of chairs and pool/beach toys was also very nice. The small extra room became a little movie room, very cozy. The mammoth TV in the living room was watched once. It was just too massive for our group. We cooked most of our meals and found the serving bowls a nice variety, and pots and pans adequate. Wonderful neighborhood and close to Baytowne Wharf and shopping.

Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a small problem with a faulty smoke detector (fortunately, it was during the day and not in the middle of the night). The management company was very responsive and came to fix it twice. Highly recommend staying here. Loved that it was pet friendly! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation

Better Than the Pictures

The pictures don’t do this property justice. This resort is gorgeous and the golf course grounds everywhere are so pretty. We throughly enjoyed the golf cart, bike rides, the multiple pools as jacuzzi, the beautiful beach, the amazing shops and restaurants, the fun Baytown wharf, and the cozy house to stay in. This is a must place to go!

Great house. Perfect size for us. 6 adults and one 3 year old.

Sandestin has something for everyone. Golf, fishing, shopping, beach, eating. All without getting in the car. The golf cart use on the property makes it convenient and fun.

Property is great! Location is within the resort so access to pools, restaurants, shops, kiyaks, fishing and the beach! Golf cart was perfect way to get around the property and to the grocery store! We all loved it!

Great location. Two golf carts included. House did not have grill or bikes as pictured and when I inquired about this I was told they were the homeowners and not included. Well then they should not be included in the pictures then. Also management property gave us run around regarding COVID and the ability to get our deposit back after their set policy if state did not open up. Overall house was great but would not rent again as a result of management company who runs the house, Have Travel Memories.

Everything about the place was awesome, super clean and the bedrooms were all nice sizes. We had 8 guests in our group and each person was accommodated for. The only issue we had was with one golf cart (we rented both of them). The dark blue one died several times when it was on full battery. We think one of the outlets that it was plugged into wasn’t working, or that it has a faulty battery. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend.
