The home was perfect for 6 Adults!! Well 4 being younger adult children. Great location to the beach and pools. We had the best time and will definitely be back.

Great location

The kitchen was extremely well stocked, everything one could need for a vacation. The property manager couldn’t have been nicer. We had one small issue with a TV not being connected to the Internet and they addressed it immediately with the Internet company and then decided to buy a Roku for the TV. They were extremely helpful.

The Bad: On the surface the place looked clean however, in every corner of the villa there were cobwebs. Unfortunately, all the cobwebs also had bugs. The fact that there is an additional cleaning fee charged for every time the place is rented makes this unacceptable. I believe a refund of the cleaning fee is due! See attached cobweb picture and the bugs within. The other picture attached is two roaches found on the floor the day before we checked out. Maybe time to spray. Another disappointment were both bathrooms are in serious need of updating. The "master" bath had a jetted tub (that didn't work) that i dont believe has ever been updated. Also, had to call maintenance for bathroom mirror that was on verge of falling off wall. The Good: The location was wonderful, with patio and balcony view of the lake. The Gulf was only a couple hundred yards away, easily walkable with chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was beautiful with everything needed for cooking. The living area was very comfortable with sectional couch and huge flatscreen TV. Overall a good stay with some minor bumps which were taken care of by maintenance.
