Welcome to “Ravens Run,” a wonderfully appointed home located in the highly sought-after Laurel Grove community within Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Known as one of the resort's most desirable neighborhoods, Laurel Grove offers a peaceful residential setting paired with convenient access to Sandestin's world-class amenities, private beach access, golf courses, and entertainment.
The main level features an open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and bar seating for additional dining space. A conveniently located powder room is just off the living area. Also on the first floor is a queen guest suite with a pillow-top mattress and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower—ideal for guests who prefer main-level accommodations.
Step outside to the furnished back porch, where plush wicker seating and a porch swing overlook the fairway of the Raven Golf Course. This tranquil outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or sunset views as golfers pass by.
Upstairs, the primary king suite offers a pillow-top mattress, an oversized walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. A queen guest bedroom provides additional sleeping flexibility, while the bunk room features two twin bunk bed sets—perfect for kids or teens. A full guest bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. Twin rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses are available in select closets for added sleeping options.
Two 6-seat street-legal Icon golf carts are provided for guest use, making it easy to explore the resort, head to the beach, visit Baytowne Wharf, or enjoy dining at Grand Boulevard.

Sandestin Beach Access Update – Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort's beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.
Sandestin has many other exciting things to offer. Take a trip to the Marina and eat lunch on the water while watching the Yachts and Sailboats explore the bay. La Dolce Vita at the Marina offers pontoon and Jet Ski rentals for hours of family fun. Sandestin also features amazing golf courses, tennis courts, a SPA and a Fitness Center for additional fees. Sandestin is golf cart friendly! That means you can take the golf cart anywhere in Sandestin and even to the Grand Boulevard Plaza.
