Great view but needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, the great view of the water. Refrigerator flap on the left side does not work properly, and if you’re not careful, it leaves a space open into the refrigerator, which can spoils your food to us (It happened to us). Also, I don’t think the refrigerator works properly because our milk spoiled in it even with a flap being in the correct position Couch is so uncomfortable to sit on really needs to be updated. The kitchen needs more every day pots and pans and utensils. The floor needs to be steam cleaned is quite dirty in the grout lines.

Beautiful space with amazing view!

Everything was amazing! Great property, nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable beds for all and loved having the washer and dryers to do laundry before our trip home.

Excellent Location

The decor and setup were beautiful. The bunkbed was perfect for our 6yo daughter. The property had a great view of the beach and was less than a 5 minute walk. It was convenient and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and plenty of recreational activities to enjoy. Parking was a readily available with loading carts. The condo was clean and very well kept. Overall great experience!

We enjoyed this property. Everything was as the owner described it. Convenient to everything and the condo itself was updated. Only fault we found was there was no vacuum or even a broom.

Overall everything was great, the kitchen items could be replenished. There was only one small skillet in poor condition, no baking sheet. I had to purchase both items. Ants were everywhere, but the property manager had them spray and it helped a lot.

Definitely recommend

Loved this place! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Just the right amount of space for a couple and two kids. The kids loved the bunk beds. The extra bathroom space was a nice bonus! Also, it was nice to have beach supplies available and not to have to pack and travel with them or purchase them. Defiantly would recommend. We were under the impression that the property was right on the beach, but it was not and had a view of the parking lot but could still see the beach as well. However, still very walkable and convienient.

The only thing they could add is a full mirror and that’s only because I’m a full mirror type of lady. Other than that, views from the balcony were lovely and a quick walk to the beach. Overall we really liked our stay here! Great location & minutes from grocery stores & good places to eat. I will say the washers & dryers did not dispense water during the cycle, we tried to wash several loads of loading and every time no water would come out even when it was set on the highest water setting. We also didn’t like how the air automatically set itself back to 75 degrees after so long, several times we came back from a long beach day to a really hot room which took awhile to cool off. Other than that the place was great!
