Simon Seas is a spacious 5-bedroom vacation home that comfortably hosts up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group escapes. With nearly 2,900 square feet of stylish living space, you’ll have plenty of room to unwind and enjoy every moment.
Start your stay in the open-concept living area, perfect for lounging after a sun-soaked day. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare favorite meals or quick snacks before heading back to the beach. The wet bar, complete with a wine fridge and sink, is perfect for entertaining and it even doubles as a convenient workspace for guests who need to stay connected.
Upstairs, the luxurious master suite offers a king bed and spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower—your personal oasis. The 2nd floor features a King suite with a private spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a Queen bedroom with a private balcony that shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom featuring a Twin/Twin and a Twin/Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle bed. The laundry area is located in the hallway.
The 3rd floor boasts a beautiful King suite with a private balcony, a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower and a Queen bedroom with a private bathroom. Five full bathrooms mean no waiting, even with a full house.
