Great location

The entire experience was great. The location is awesome. You really don’t have to leave the premises for anything however if you need to leave everything is located in super close proximity. This property was as described. It will not disappoint. I will definitely book again in the future.

The unit is located inside the property of Baytowne Wharf and has everything you need without having to leave the property; entertainment, food, shopping. Was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The furniture inside of our unit was modern and updated. Very comfortable. Accessing our unit was impeccable with proper access codes. We were able to check in with no issues. The management company was very professional and made this stay very easy as they were very informative of all aspects of what to do prior to, during and upon our departure. I would recommend this property to anyone. 5+++ stars.

Perfect for small families.

Crappy owner

We stayed 1 night of the 5 we paid for had a death and had to leave next morning. Owner would not refund. Even though they could have and probably did rent it out again. Will never use them again. Explained our situation , got a sorry about your luck text.

Room was not clean and did not compare to picture.

Upon entering the room, the beds only had white linens, no comforters and only had two flimsy pillows on each bed. Room had a funny smell and the floor was dirty to walk on. After making it to the beach, we discovered food and beer cans inside of the beach chairs. Ice machines were out of order and we had to go all the way to the pool house just to get ice. Location wise, the room was great. However, we will not be staying again.

Our experience was HORRIBLE!!!

The night we arrived the AC was not working, the toilet was plugged and the toilet plunger was broken. They sent someone to fix the toilet. After flipping the breakers the AC slightly started to cool but never got below 76 so needless to say we were hot and sticky every night. We talked with Leslie Tatum with Vacasa about a discount because of all of the inconveniences. She said she would definitely talk to the property owners and get back with us and NEVER did. It was a disaster. I would definitely NOT recommend this property 😡

We loved the complex, plenty of activities for our 5 year old.. we had so much fun. We spend 3 great days and will come back next year.

Very small but right in the center of fun

This studio is more like a small hotel room with 2 queen beds, TV, microwave, fridge, toaster and a coffee machine. It was a bit tight for a family of 4. No table to work or study from home. You will have to wash your plates the sink. And it gets VERY LOUD every evening because it's right in the center of all the fun. If none of these bothers you and you came to party- its the ideal location! You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Note for the owner: The management company gave us all wrong codes for the parking garage and the building and they didn't fix it till the end of our stay. We left earlier because of all the inconveniences.
