Christmas Vacation

This condo was very nice, clean and as advertised in the description and pictures. It pretty much had everything we needed to have a nice Christmas with our family and grandchildren. The only thing we had to purchase were some leftover containers and potholders. I would stay again especially in the summer as it is close to the pool and a short stroll to the beach.

Beautiful Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying here! The decor was pretty and the pool is very close. The beach is a short walk. We loved the grill and all the extra patio spaces! Loved it!

Beach vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was nice however I more than likely will not book through a third party rental service due to convenience. The condo we booked was attached to a home that was under constructio there was the huge metal rectangle trash bin right in front of the home. Piles of roofing material stacked Infront of the walk ways and over all not welcoming. The kids bunk room advertised is less of a room and more of a close it’s seriously so small. Amenities are reserved for San Destin resort members so we did not get our bike rides, tennis lessons, etc. I have traveled to Destin with family for the past 20years this was my first year booking third party as this vacation was last minute and there was no availability directly on sandestin’s site. Now I know it is worth the wait to book directly. The home was clean, towels were not in every bathroom but piled in the master bathroom. Maintenance was still there as we arrived. The soaps and household items were hidden in these my haven boxes. Over all the home was clean and we were able to make do but it was a shocker from my typical resort experience.

Florida vacay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great!! It had enough room for everyone, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were huge. The kitchen, living and dining room are all spacious as well. We loved the place! Only thing I would recommend for the owners is maybe some more flat pans for cooking purposes & some seasoning. Also if you’re booking this place and thinking there is a hot tub, there isn’t. We thought there was a hot tub, but it’s actually a little kittie pool. However those things did not stop us from enjoying our stay!!!
