“My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. I could not only hear the guests upstairs but also feel them jumping through the headboard of the bed. This is not a problem that is easily fixed, but during……

“The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. ”

“No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

“We were completely blown away by this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was warm and well taken care of (the kids had a blast!), we didn’t even know about the arcade so that was an amazing surprise, breakfast was delicious with so many choices! We would highly recommend this hotel!”

“The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather……

“Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. ”

“This is a great hotel with a wonderfully river view if you book that side. The evening reception was a nice touch and breakfast was great including a made to order omelette bar. Parking is a bit expensive but it could be worse. ”

“Our room was great and would definitely stay here again. Only very minor complaints. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and liked the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the morning. Personal touches were nice. Downtown area was very pleasant and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is very expensive, although that seems common in the area. The furniture cushions in the lobby, opposite check-in desk, were were stained and frayed. Didn't really explore much of the other……
