“This hotel appears to have a rodent issue. I stayed in room 209 for two nights and could clearly hear multiple animals running around in the ceiling, especially at night. The sounds were unmistakable, including scurrying, gnawing, and squeaking. I noticed it on the first night but tried to ignore it. By the second evening, the noise became much louder and constant, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk. While the staff member initially seemed skeptical, he came up, and after……

“Everything was great, location,staff, and cleaniness. It was wonderful to be able to crack the window and here the ocean, while we slept. The beds were a little uncomfortable for us. Overall perfect stay.”

“I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now. Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross. You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort. Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC.”

“Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) He took us to the farm suite wich i thought was very nice. Until he opened the door and there was another guests stuff in the room. He……

“Newly renovated property in Old Harbor directly off the ferry. Room was very comfortable and modern with A/C. Full bar and restaurant directly below the rooms. We would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“Our stay at The Inn at Old Harbor was wonderful. My partner doesn’t love walking and They have their own stair case from the ferry parking lot. Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze. Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable We are coming back for Columbus Day weekend”

“Loved being able to walk to the town. But just far enough away to be quiet, which can be a problem in BI. The small bar in the Atlantic, on the same premises was friendly, quaint and the drinks were good! We could see the ocean from our room.”
